The love, unrelenting and thirsty drive of academic excellence in the heart of OBJ makes him to be among 14,771 persons who received honours at the 7th convocation of National Open University of Nigeria. The Former President, Olusegun Obasanjo received a doctorate in Christian Theology on January 20th this year.
And it was then foretold by The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Abdalla Adamu about Olusegun Obasanjo’s consideration for an appointment as a facilitator or supervisor with the institution.
Now today, the fortoled story came true as Chief Olusegun Obasanjo has finally resumed as a facilitator and academic counsel for students of the National Open University (NOUN). He resumes work July 5, as the University’s study centre in Abeokuta.
He was pictured meeting with a two final-year undergraduate students of Christian Theology, Elijah Eghedi-Oke and Toriola Abigael, assigned to him by the university for supervision.
